I just needed to change the name on my ticket, so I mostly focused on that part of the process and skipped over everything else. It was easy enough to do and didn’t give me much trouble.

"Worked eventually, but kind of stressful"
I used the cashless wallet at an event, i’m still not sure if I did something wrong or if the system was just clunky. Loading money onto it took way longer than I expected, and then my balance didn’t update right away, so I kept second-guessing whether the payment had even gone through. The refund process wasn’t super clear either, which made it more frustrating. It did work in the end, so I guess it wasn’t a total fail, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth. For something that’s supposed to make things easier, it ended up adding more stress than I expected.

I’ve used Howler a few times now for events, and topping up has been quick each time. The money usually shows up almost right away, which is reassuring. That said, I did feel a bit unsure after making the payment at first, like I wasn’t totally convinced everything had gone through until I saw the balance update. The payout was faster than I expected too, I think it came through the next day for me. Not instant, but still decent. I’m giving 4 stars because the app can be a little confusing when you’re new to it, but overall it did what I needed.

"Easy booking, but fees need to be upfront"
Booking was straightforward, but I didn’t really see the service fee clearly until I was almost done. The site itself isn’t bad, but they need to be more upfront about extra costs from the start. Customers shouldn’t have to get all the way to the end before finding out what they’re actually paying.

"Worked fine, but the updates made me double-check"
It worked okay overall, but a few of the updates were kind of unclear. I found myself rereading the same little notification details and checking the timestamps twice just to figure out what had actually changed. Not a huge problem, but it could definitely be a bit easier to follow.

"Helpful reporting, but support feels a bit distant"
We’ve been using Howler for event tickets, and the organizer dashboard has been useful. It’s easy enough to keep an eye on sales, check-ins, and payout info, and I do like being able to pull reports myself instead of having to message support every time.
The main downside is that some reports can be slow to load when things are busy, and the filters aren’t always as clear as they should be. I’ve also had moments where I felt a bit ignored when trying to get help or clarity, which is frustrating. Still, the platform works well overall, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Long Queue and Slow Check-In"
I got to the event the Howler check-in queue was so frustrating. It barely moved for ages, and the staff kept scanning my ticket over and over like something wasn’t working properly. Standing around waiting that long before even getting inside really put a damper on the start of the night.

"Couldn’t Even Get Tickets"
I was really looking forward to buying tickets, but the whole process just didn’t work for me. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get through and actually complete the purchase. It was frustrating because I had my plans set and was excited about it, so ending up with no tickets after all that effort was really disappointing

My first impression wasn’t great. The login works most of the time, but every now and then it randomly logs me out for no clear reason. It’s annoying, especially when I’m in the middle of using it.

"Transferring a ticket shouldn’t be this much work"
I tried to transfer my ticket to a friend after my plans changed, and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The process felt super limited and awkward, and I ended up having to do extra digging and back-and-forth just to figure out what was possible. Support wasn’t much help either, which made it even more frustrating. I get that there need to be rules, but this felt unnecessarily annoying.

It took a bit longer than I expected, but I did get my refund in the end! Not the smoothest process, but at least it was sorted out eventually.

I used it at the gate and the QR code scanned without any issues. There was a small delay, which was a bit annoying at first, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything still went through fine

I reached out to support expecting a simple answer, but this is where it got annoying, it took ages for anyone to get back to me. By the time they replied, I was already frustrated, and the response didn’t really help much anyway.

I’ve never had any issues with it, which is kind of a miracle these days. It just works every time, feels safe, and gives me that sweet peace of mind like I’m not one click away from disaster

"Promo code was such a hassle"
I tried using a promo code on Howler and it just would not go through. Kept throwing errors. Refreshing over and over. Support did get back to me eventually, but by then the code was pretty much useless. The site itself is fine, but the promo code side needs to be way smoother.

I booked an event through Howler and showed up based on the time listed, but it turned out to be wrong. Support did respond and they were okay to deal with, but I really think the event info should be checked more carefully before people book. It’s frustrating to plan around something and then feel like your time wasn’t respected.

I hopped on for the big sale and the queue did its job, I guess, but it felt kind of random. A couple of my friends joined after me and somehow got in before I did, which was annoying. i was ready to be mad about it... but then the site didn’t crash at all, so alright, fair enough

It took me a few tries to finally get my tickets. The page kept hanging, and the payment step was confusing. I tried reaching out for help, but ended up in that annoying support loop where it just points you back to the same basic info instead of actually solving anything. I did get there in the end, but the whole process was definitely not smooth.
